Studio Graphique was selected to assist Osborn in the naming, identity design and brand positioning for Osborn Architecture and Osborn Engineers as they sought out to establish separate identities for each division. Studio Graphique conducted internal interviews with key staff individually to learn of similarities and differences for the vision of the company. This informed the Positioning Statement which Studio Graphique authored in order to keep each of the two sides of the organization focused. We then created two names for the divisions that met their varying needs. The logos were designed to work individually and meaningfully for each division, but have a visual ‘cousin’ relationship when the firm co-markets its services.
